When Laura and Taylor reached out to me only two weeks before their private wedding ceremony I was so excited! I love that people are choosing to get married and celebrate marriage, despite the ever changing circumstances going on in the world right now. The intimacy of the day didn’t take away any of the excitement, nerves, or joy that comes with a bigger wedding. It actually made the day feel so much more intentional and relaxed. The focus wasn’t on the big moments to come in front of an audience; it was strictly on Laura and Taylor’s love for one another. It was an honor to be a part of their day and to know that they are able to share their video with friends and family at their larger reception later this year. Congrats to the Kemps!
Dowlearn Wedding Highlights - Canyonwood Ridge - Austin, TX
Finally wrapping up my last wedding of 2019! It feels so good to finish Warner and Thomas’ wedding video, especially in the current quarantine situation. I’m hoping this gives them something to enjoy and look forward to watching, and that it would give their friends and family something to smile about. That’s something I appreciate about my job right now. I’m still able to work and let people relive such wonderful memories and find joy even in the middle of such strange times. Warner and Thomas are such kind people who make everyone feel loved, and it’s so evident on camera. I hope you enjoy their video as much as I enjoyed getting to craft it for them. Emily and Marty’s wedding was modern, romantic, and FASHION. I’m not sure I’ll ever get over Emily’s blue wedding dress and silver cuffs (and let’s not even start on how she should clearly be a model!). These two were so easy and fun to work with, and the way their friends and family spoke of these two, you know they’re going to be world changers. Congrats to Marty and Emily!
Zimmerman Wedding Highlights - The Allan House - Austin, TX
Abby and Adam’s day was so unique and different from any weddings I’ve filmed before! First, I’ve never filmed a wedding where I didn’t cover any of the getting ready part of the day. We charged straight out of the gate with the first look, which made editing their highlights video a new storytelling experience for me. I got to incorporate the toasts and ceremony in ways I hadn’t really tried before. This was also the smallest wedding I’ve ever filmed, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t pack a punch when it came to fun on the dance floor. Their day was perfectly chill, fun, and fit Abby and Adam so perfectly. Congrats to the Zimmermans!
