Wooten Wedding Preview - Firefly Farm - Wimberley, TX
Growing up, Katie’s family and my family would often get together for holidays. They were our surrogate family when all of our family lived out in the midwest. When their videographer backed out at the last minute before their wedding I was so thrilled to be able to capture their wedding day (even with just a week’s notice!). Unfortunately the fall season was beyond busy for me, and I’ve been playing an extremely intense game of editing catch up for the last 7 months! I’m so happy to get to share this preview from their gorgeous wedding day, and I can’t wait to get to edit their highlights video. Congrats to the Wootens!
Fox Wedding Preview - D’Vine Grace Vineyard - McKinney, TX
This wedding has been a long time coming for Megan and Harrison! They were one of my many couples who had to postpone their wedding date, but March 12th ended up being more perfect than ever! The spring weather held off all day, and though gloomy, we never had a drop of rain. Megan is up there as one of my funniest brides (she made many memorable quotes throughout the day), and she and Harrison threw a party that won’t soon be forgotten by their friends and family. Their day was full of vibrance and fun, which seems like a perfect reflection of who these two are as a couple. Congrats to Megan and Harrison! (Also, I can finally say I filmed Megan Fox’s wedding!) ;)
Terre Wedding Highlights - The Allan House - Austin, TX
Well it’s been a little quiet around here. That’s because for the last two months I’ve been working on basically nothing other than the Terre wedding highlights! (Yes, I know that sounds crazy.) Sometimes life happens, winter storms shut down your power for a week, or you get sick, or pandemics just drain you of all creative energy, and videos take a while. Fortunately Addie and Cory’s wedding day provided plenty of inspiration!
These two are stunning people inside and out, and their day was straight out of a fairytale. From the romantic florals from Lovelily Flowers, to the gorgeous downtown setting of the Allan House, everything about this day was dreamy and magical. The way that Cory looks at Addie when she walks down the aisle, you can practically see how she takes his breath away. The way these two love each other and the people in their lives is so evident, and it was an honor to capture their day for them. Congrats to the Terres!

Stephens Wedding Highlights - Saddle Creek Ranch - Austin, TX
One of the things I take most seriously about my job is the fact that I’m documenting love stories for future generations. These wedding films aren’t just for the couple, but for their children and grandchildren. So I especially love that Jeremiah and Brigid’s story goes all the way back to their childhood friendship. These two have such a sweet and tender heart for each other, and you could tell by the way they look at each other that these two are over the moon for one another. They were so laid back, even amidst last minute wedding plans changing and all of the curveballs that planning a wedding during a pandemic brings about. You could tell that their main focus throughout the day was simply getting to be married to each other, which was the sweetest thing to witness. Congrats to the Stephenses!
