Brides of Austin Feature
Big news over here!! Our styled shoot at Prospect House has been featured on Brides of Austin! This is my first time being published, and I gotta say it feels pretty awesome!
This gorgeous shoot was organized by the brilliantly creative Kelly Jones of Kelly Jones Events, and was a collaboration of an all female team of photo, video, florals, cake, and calligraphy. It was such an awesome experience working with these boss ladies, and it was so fun to capture them in their element and get to showcase their work through this behind the scenes video.
You can check out the video below and see more photos of our shoot on the Brides of Austin blog. Also be sure to check out these amazing ladies and their other work linked below!

Total City Sports Volleyball
If you haven't heard of Total City Sports Volleyball or don't know anything about it, it's about time you change that! TCS Volleyball is a program dedicated to providing affordable volleyball to young girls across the city of Austin. They focus on developing the players both on and off the court - athletically, academically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was pumped when they asked if I was available to film this story for their annual fundraising banquet, and even more thrilled when I got to learn Shalesa and Nyeima's stories. I hope their story moves you as much as it did for me.
To learn more about TCS and how you can participate financially or through volunteering, you can visit their site here.
Brown Wedding Highlights - Columbus, OH
Where do I even start with this wedding?! Nate is my younger cousin by a couple of years, and even though they live in Ohio, he and his family have always been very close to mine. We've vacationed together, made home movies together, and had a lot of fun telling family inside jokes that no one else understands. (Seriously, why did David or Dottie would choose to marry into our crazy family?)
Nate and Dottie's wedding day was sweet, beautiful, and romantic in every way. They got married at the Garden of Roses in Columbus, Ohio where they often visited while they were dating. The garden themed wedding felt so relaxed and natural (and obviously Dottie was rocking the flower crown like the barefoot woodland princess that she is!). The amount of love poured out over these two on their wedding was so tangible throughout the day, and I have no doubt that these two have a strong community back home supporting them in their new marriage.
Thank you Nate and Dottie for letting me be part of your day! Even if you weren't my cousins, you two are dream clients in every way. For believing in me and letting me be creative, and taking my advice on sunset shots, you guys are the bomb!
Osborne Wedding Highlights - Austin, TX
Kevin and Laura's wedding was a crazy, beautiful whirlwind! Laura contacted me just two weeks before their wedding looking for a videographer, and I'm so happy I was available to film their day! Kevin and Laura had a long distance relationship, and you could tell from the friends and family who traveled far and wide just how much love people have for them as a couple. These two have such a tender and sweet love for each other, and it was such a joy to capture their day. Congrats to the Osbornes!
