Every wedding I get to film these days feels immensely special. Grant and Abigail’s wedding day almost didn’t get to happen, but they chose to move forward and make June 27th their wedding day, come rain or shine. Their wedding was full of so much joy from start to finish, as these two didn’t let their circumstances define their day. I wanted their teaser to show just a glimpse of that joy and ended up choosing a bit of a different song for this one. Can’t wait for you to see it! Congrats to the Hesters!
Toppenberg Wedding Preview - Vista West Ranch - Austin, TX
If I could give an award to most last minute wedding videography booking, Brianna and Tyler would definitely get first place! Brianna’s mom reached out to me just eight days before the wedding, and I was so grateful to be available! I’ve never gone into a wedding before without having spoken to the bride first to make sure we’re on the same page and that we’re a good fit. However with Brianna being a nurse and working the week of the wedding, we skipped the phone call and I showed up to meet her on her wedding day. Despite not meeting her beforehand, Bri was so fun and easy to click with. She and Tyler were endlessly adorable and hilarious throughout the day, and their love for each other and Jesus was on full display. I’m convinced these two could become BFF’s with just about anybody, and by the end of their day it felt like we were just a bunch of old friends hanging out (with four cameras filming and taking pictures, which is totally normal for friends hanging out right?). Congrats to the Toppenbergs!
Ganter Wedding Preview - Founder’s Hall - Archbold, OH
I filmed my cousin’s wedding almost a year ago, but was never able to find the time to edit it. Fast forward to today, June 12th, also known as Loving Day, the day 53 years ago that the Supreme Court overruled state bans on interracial marriage. And with everything currently going on in the world concerning the fight against racism, what a joyous thing to celebrate!
Our family adores Kenny, and I’m so grateful that God hand picked him for my cousin, Alexa. They compliment each other in so many ways, and I see how well he treats my baby cousin. We love him and are grateful to have him be a part of our family. Congrats to Kenny and Alexa, and praise God for the way he’s created us to reflect his glory through marriage!
Kemp Wedding Preview - Peach Creek Ranch - College Station, TX
When Laura and Taylor reached out to me only two weeks before their private wedding ceremony I was so excited! I love that people are choosing to get married and celebrate marriage, despite the ever changing circumstances going on in the world right now. The intimacy of the day didn’t take away any of the excitement, nerves, or joy that comes with a bigger wedding. It actually made the day feel so much more intentional and relaxed. The focus wasn’t on the big moments to come in front of an audience; it was strictly on Laura and Taylor’s love for one another. It was an honor to be a part of their day and to know that they are able to share their video with friends and family at their larger reception later this year. Congrats to the Kemps!
