“You are my great love story, my gift from God, and my biggest blessing. Eternity with you isn’t long enough to ever express how deeply my heart loves you.” When I first talked to Kara and Andrew, they shared with me how they wanted a video that would honor and reflect their Coptic Orthodox faith, as well as represent the blending of their families and cultures. Specifically they wanted to know if I could incorporate some of Andrew’s Egyptian heritage through music. I’m always eager to try new things and work with my couples’ requests, and so the idea of mixing some Arabic music into their video seemed like a fun, creative challenge. Just like their video, their day started off extremely sentimental and tender, but ended in a huge Egyptian style dance party. Lam Wedding Highlights - Canyon Lake, TX

“Your wedding today is a visible demonstration of Christ’s love to the people in this room. And your marriage tomorrow and for the years to come will tell the story of Jesus to people among every tribe, tongue and nation.” For my couples who are followers of Jesus, I always hope that their wedding film will be an ebenezer, reminding them of the meaning of marriage and the covenant they are making between each other and with God. Michael and Mindy met while working in ministry together, and their utmost goal on their wedding day was to see the gospel preached and for God to be glorified. Their day was peaceful, meaningful, and focused on being present in the moment. The night ended in celebration and dancing, and lots of delicious espresso from Brooklynd’s Coffee! It was a night to remember. Congrats to the Lams!

Dodson Wedding Highlights - Dripping Springs, TX

“Aiden, thank you for being the man you are, and the gentleman my Lily was looking for.” I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a pure, sweet love from two people. Aiden and Lily began dating in high school, and the love they showed for each other on their wedding day felt just as sweet as if they were kids dating for the first time all over again. They chose New Year’s Eve (one of Aiden’s favorite holidays) as the perfect time to celebrate with their friends and family, many of whom had been there to watch them grow up together. I knew with a NYE wedding that there would be some fun editing opportunities, and I wanted to lean into the excitement of the countdown to also count down the start of their story. And when Aiden told me that he loved “Auld Lang Syne”, I knew I wanted to incorporate it into the video somehow. I love how sweet and tender this video ends, in a way that also reflects their relationship.

The day consisted of the dream team of Kristin Catter Events, Alyssa Jarae Photography, Premier Entertainment, Josh Klaus, and Poppy Florals, all set at the stunning Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy. Congrats to the Dodsons!

Whitney Wedding Highlights - Kyle, TX

“But how much I love you gives me solace in knowing that there has to be a heaven, because I don’t have enough love for you for just a lifetime. I need forever.” Tory and Logan’s rainy, sentimental wedding day was something straight out of a Nicholas Sparks novel. These two high school sweethearts had the most perfectly sweet, tearful private vows, that I immediately knew had to be the center of their story. Despite the rain delays during their ceremony, the day was still romantic and dreamy, with an extra sweet reception to top off the night. The team was led by Maxwell + Gray, with photos by Bay Reed and stunning white florals from Jo.An Florals. It was the sweetest day for the sweetest couple. Congrats to the Whitneys!
