You guys make each other better, you make each other laugh, and you’ve built something that feels solid, intentional and real.” Together, Adrian and Alexis have such a sweetness about them where you can tell they think the world of each other. Their kindness and love for each other, their friends, and family, radiated throughout the day. Being the fashion forward bride that she is, Alexis wore a stunning Cinq dress that I’m sure I’ll never emotionally recover from, and the addition of Super 8 for their video fit the vibes so perfectly. The entire wedding design was fun and Funk-y (see what I did there?), easy and laid back, and perfectly led by Shelby with Plan On It Events. With a vibrant, spring color palette, the clearest blue Texas skies, and soft, stunning florals by Willow & Moss Studio, their day at Contigo Ranch was a Texas hill country dream. I’m certain I’ll be dreaming of this one for a while! Congrats to the Funks!

Roberts Wedding Highlights - Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy - Dripping Springs, TX
“My life often feels like I’m driving through a thunderstorm, but with you it’s like I have found a secret tunnel. Everything gets quieter, I feel safer, I feel at peace with you by my side.” Will & Sydney’s wedding day was something straight out of a romance movie. With the day being led by the Kristin Catter Events team, they had the perfect weather, stunning florals, the most fun wedding party, and the most tender and sweet private vows. Though they are both outgoing and the life of the party, there was something so magical about the two of them alone together. Their relationship is the secret tunnel in their lives that drives out all the noise and brings peace and calm, and it was the sweetest to get to witness it. Congrats to the Roberts!

Dottie Wedding Highlights - The Austin Proper Hotel - Austin, TX
“Upon meeting Dottie almost three years ago, his character and charm were immediately visible. Especially when Phyllis and I received a [thank you] note in the mail from the first guy who came over for dinner, and Dottie we knew you were a keeper then!”Sometimes the most vibrant and fun personalities can also be the most tender and sentimental. What I thought was going to be a bubbly and fun video of Dottie and Leah’s day, turned into a real tear jerker once I sat down to edit it. Despite big personalities and throwing a big party, the day was full of little, intimate moments between friends and family. The love these two have for each other, for the Lord, and the love that their community has for them was central throughout the day. (Not to mention the epic Nigerian style reception that topped off the night.) Congrats to the Dotties!

In my wildest dreams, I couldn’t have come up with a day as perfect and beautiful as Alexis and Adrian’s! The florals, the dresses, and all the spring vibes were on full display with the most lovely (albeit windy!) weather at Contigo Ranch.
